Your ledger belongs to you. Here is exactly what we do with it.
1. What we collect
When you register, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and shop details (shop name, address, and preferences such as your low-stock threshold). As you use the app, we store the business data you enter: products, sales, repairs, credit records, stock movements, and customer names and phone numbers you provide for Udharo and repairs.
2. How we use it
Your data runs your shop: showing today's collection, tracking who owes what, following repair tickets, and keeping stock counts honest. We also use account data to verify your email, help you recover your password, and send important service notices. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your customers' phone numbers for marketing.
3. Where it lives
Shop data is stored securely on our servers and, for offline use, on your own device. Each shop's records are strictly separated: you can only ever see your own shop's data, and our access is limited to operating the service.
4. What we share
We share nothing with advertisers or data brokers. Limited technical providers (such as hosting and email delivery) handle data only to keep the service running. Repair tracking links you choose to share are public to anyone holding the link, which is exactly how your customers check their phone status without an account.
5. Your control
Your ledger belongs to you. You can correct your shop details at any time, and you can ask for an export or deletion of your account data by messaging us on WhatsApp. Deleting your account permanently removes your shop's records from our servers.
6. Changes and contact
